Combine all brine ingredients & stir until completely disolved. 2. Add chicken, making sure brine covers chicken. Refrigerate for desired time. 3-5 hours for wings only 8-24 hours four legs, thighs, or breasts 3. Drain liquid from chicken and rinse chicken to remove access brine. 4. Combine breading ingredients and add to chicken. Mix and coat pieces. well. To make wet batter, combine water and baking powder to chicken and flour. 4 Deep fry chicken: Be careful not to over crowd fryer, fry in several batches if needed Wings 375 F 8-10 minutes Other pieces 375 approx. 20 Make it a meal with a side salad and garlic ranch roasted potatoes!
