Learn Spanish: The X in Spanish

Master the Spanish alphabet. Learn when to use the "X", how to pronounce the "X", the most common Spanish words with the "X", and easily learn some tips I will teach you so you master the "X" in Spanish in your written, spoken, reading ,and listening Spanish skills. The way to achieve this is easy. First, I will teach you the different sounds that the "X" in Spanish has. You will then learn the position the X has to have in order to have a certain sound. You will ask yourself "Is it in the beginning of the word, or at the end? Is it in the middle? Is it among vowels? Is it among consonants?", and so on. I will then teach you a few funny exceptions. You will learn why México is written with an X which is pronounced as a Spanish J. You will get why some people write the name of my country with a "j", and you will pronounce correctly all those Mayan, Aztec, and other indigenous words that have the X. So yes! In this video, I teach you all the information you need to know in order to understand the role of the "X" in the Spanish alphabet. This letter is important to learn because it is quite different from other letters and sounds in Spanish. There are some instances in which this letter behaves differently than other letters. And although you have this letter in the English alphabet, the X in Spanish is rather different.
