After this time remove from bowl and place on a floured surface and roll into a long log and cut in equal pieces. roll each piece out into a 4 inch disc and spread oil on the surface then sprinkle a tsp of flour all over the oiled surface. Make a slit from the center to the edge and proceed to roll diagonally until you meet the other end. Tuck in each end to seal in the oil and flour mixture. continue until all pieces are done. For cooking; Set Griddle to 250 F-- Secure a brush or a piece of clean paper towel for oiling the roti on the griddle or tawa. Roll each roti out in a circle as flat as possible and place on the griddle to cook. After 30 seconds bubbles will appear on the top, that indicates its time to turn over and oil the the side that has been cooking. once oiled turn over immediately and oil the other side, turn again and let cook for 1 minute flipping twice. Continue with the rest of dough balls.
