Early Look - [Part 1] Raptor/Lambda SR-2M Gas Blowback Airsoft Replica preview and breakdown

Here's a quick early look at a really exciting new airsoft replica of the SR-2M, sometimes referred to as the "Russian MP7". The original which this replica is based off of follows the similar "PDW" (Personal Defense Weapon) concept proposed by NATO in the late Cold War period, using a relatively powerful pistol-sized cartridge meant to be used by rear echelon personnel but maintaining a level of penetration against armor and helmets of the era. Though the PDW concept was eventually abandoned, these weapons found a niche in the hands of police, security, and special forces. The airsoft replica of this follows closely the construction and aesthetics of the original version, with a faithful replication of the externals and a close replica of the internal function and construction.
