Os presentamos un nuevo caso de la Dra. Cristina Salazar. Paciente de 28 años, se trabaja en la reconstrucción del frontal. Se implantan 2670 grafts con una densidad media de 3,14 cab/fol (8388 cabellos). Como se puede apreciar, la densidad ha sido alta. La cirugía se realizó en dos días consecutivos. El punch utilizado para la extracción ha sido de 0,80 mm (serrados de 6 costados). Mostramos la evolución del paciente pasados los 12 meses. El paciente está medicado con finasteride 1mg/día y minoxidil oral 5mg/día. Os dejamos las fotografías de la cirugía.
