Here's The Specs: 2.5oz (75ml) White Rum 1.5oz (45ml) Strawberry Puree 1oz (30ml) Lime Juice 1oz (30ml) Simple Syrup Top Sweetened Heavy Cream (Hand Whipped) Mint Sprig Garnish To Make Strawberry Puree: Take one large container of strawberries, quarter them , place in a gallon ziplock bag and add 1/2 Cup Sugar. Put in refrigerator for 24 hours. Then place in blender and blend until fully pureed.
