A quick review of my basement hydroponic grow room for lettuce and tomatoes. This is everything I've learned about indoor hydroponic gardening and 11 minutes. I hope it's useful. Tested 1 side with reflector and 1 side w/out and undesirable plant reach was noticeable on the side without): http://amzn.to/2p5fHuR Water / Environment Testing Tools $15 Ph Tester: The Ph Tester was the biggest question for me as it is such a key component in the uptake of nutrients for the plants. I purchased a manual “drop” tester but as you could expect the color variations always left me guessing. I did not want to spend all of this time and effort just to be sabotaged by improper nutrients. I have also learned that switching your nutrients out each week as prescribed by the manufacture is not necessary. Measure your Ph, PPM, temperature and water level regularly and you can stretch to 2-4 weeks. I will have a separate video for this.
