This is a compilation from a experimental performance i created for the Melbourne Fringe Festival in 2017. As a composition, each night was an improvised vocal performance, using darkness to explore movement's relationship to improvisation and transcendental states. As a performance, it used reduced vision to explore visual divisions and boundaries between the audience members and performer, the performance moving among the crowd and used to create huge tension. All in all, an interesting breakdown of how vision dominants musical performance and creates widely untested structures to which we usual conform to as performers.
