Since I mostly had a lot of the same type of hedge trimming work, I decided to film only the more interesting parts and keep the three jobs I did during the week. In the first video, I went back to the restaurant to remove a plum tree that had become very lean over time and the owner of the restaurant asked me to remove it completely, as well as to prune a cherry tree that had grown very large. I started by cutting all the branches with a Stihl MSA161 chain saw, then shortened the trunk of the tree, I also used a telescopic saw, then I started to trim the branches of the cherry tree, the tree was quite tall and it was more difficult to work, but I only needed to shorten it a bit, when the trimming work was done, I started cleaning up the branches and loaded everything on the trailer and took it to the dump, then I came back with a stump grinder, first I cut down the rest of the tree trunk and took it to the owner for the fireplace, then with the stump grinder it only took me 15 minutes to grind the whole stump to a depth of 20cm into the ground, this job took about 4 hours to complete. A little later I was approached by another customer who asked me to remove two laurel bushes (a little earlier I had tidied up the yard by trimming all the bushes and removing vines on the ground), but the owner decided to add some more change, so I came and brought a winch to remove the roots. First I trimmed the bush and loaded all the branches into the trailer, then set up a tripod with a 1t winch and started the removal, the winch easily pulled both roots out of the ground, despite the fact that the roots were very long and dense. The weather as usual was not constant in the morning cold and hot in the afternoon, so I did not even know how I should dress, so I had to take off my jacket and even without it I was very hot. Then I collected the rest of the roots and leveled the ground, as the owner was planning to plant something new. This work took me only two hours. I also made a video about how I trimmed a long coniferous hedge, which was about 40m long and almost 3m high, it was too sunny, windy and hot that day. This work was not very difficult at first glance, but the most difficult thing was that on the back side was a city drain and from the hedge to the water was a strong slope, so it was not possible to stand straight and when I did the pruning I was always slipping or stepping (the next day my feet were very sore because of this). Still, the work was not very difficult, but nevertheless it took me 5 hours.
