21 Blind Flights of 64 Bourbons and here we are! After a Blind Fight of 5 Semi-Final winners, we will crown the Best Bourbon for Under $30! In this flight we have David Nicholson 1843, Evan Williams Bottled In Bond, Buffalo Trace, Evan Williams Single Barrel, and Knob Creek Small Batch. Rules we followed to get our 64 Bourbons: The Bourbon had to be under $30 before tax. Prices were taken from the central Kentucky area. All Bourbons had to be generally available. In other words, if you could not find it after walking into 3 major stores, it was not eligible. All Bourbons had to be considered Bourbons by the letter of the law, so no finished or non-straight blended whiskies.
