This hot Japanese Volcanic Sand Bath is filled with 60 degrees of Hot Volcanic Sand, which are like tiny little round balls. The bath is filled up with the Volcanic Sand and is heated to 60 degrees with extremely hot water. The hot water is drained out before the client hops into the Volcanic Sand Bath. Th Volcanic Sand is quite hot, but not to the point where it will burn you. It was still quite a shock to feel hot the volcanic sand was when you dip your whole body in. But your body gradually gets use to hot temperature. Once you are in the Volcanic Sand Bath, you just bathe in there for 10-15. You'll feel sweat dripping down your entire body. They said it is equivalent to running 10kms. After 10-15mins if over the, massages with give you brief full body massage, using the hot volcanic sand. I really enjoyed this experience and enjoyed being massages with the hot volcanic sand at the end.
