English Whisky is having a boom at the moment with huge hitters like the success of Bimber and Cotswolds, but how do the smaller distilleries compare? Dartmoor Whisky pride itself on small-batch Single Malt English Whisky, so let's talk about it. They produce an Ex-Bordeaux Red wine cask and Ex-Oloroso Sherry cask but the winner of me was the subtle flavours from the Ex-Bourbon cask.
