I could have done this fight a bit faster with the Raygun but wanted to make sure I kept my buffs up. I show my full build off at the end, as you can see the Knife and Armor I’m using are not very good. Evidently it still was enough to kill the toughest enemy in the game in a single blast. Because I basically had Ether Immunity through Full Specs and Clarity Ray I was able to run extra Max TP Up XX Augments. This allowed me to build up Max Overdrive almost instantly with one Overdrive Count Up XX Augment (it’s hard to see but I activated it 4 times at the start). Full Metal Jaguar also give just enough base Melee and Ranged Accuracy to hit consistently with only one Night Vision XX Augment. Careful choices like that allowed me to save some augment slots and take out Telethia before it could move onto the second phase. If you don't use Potential you may use the Energy Mist here for an Ether Damage Boost, this weather also has the effect of reducing Potential. Potential Builds also encounter issues in fights like this, often needing to sacrifice Potential Augments to stay alive. In these situations you may actually do more damage with a Non-Potential Build as you have more choices for extra armor effects and augments. In the end we never actually needed Potential. With the right weapon and armour effects you can deal even more damage with Beam Bomber, but is there really a point..? I guess all there is to do now is kill Telethia with my Knife and finish the rest of the game.. I may do a few more fights against Superbosses but will mostly focus on hunting down the rest of the Tyrants and completing Missions. Enjoy the Videos. :)
