Genko first made them, though they were bought out by Metabo, I have seen the same castings with both nameplates. James Krenov, Hans Weisshaar, and many other fine craftsmen used this style of grinder. The gears are tight, and the ratio is what makes this such a fine grinder. With some imagination, this grinder can be useful for grinding nearly any type of edge tool. I hope you enjoy the video.
