One of the hardest things about moving overseas is having to rebuild your social network again. As a 30+ year old extroverted introvert, I have also realised that making new friends as an adult is so much harder (NO I WILL NOT MAKE SMALL TALK with a total stranger at the cafe 😅). Luckily we live in a digital age and there are LOTS of different ways to make new friends in Amsterdam and the Netherlands! Now that we are all vaxxed up and we aren’t totally terrified of the coronavirus, there’s no better time to try my suggestions! Let me know in the comments if you've got any other tips.
