Designed as a mid-rise, horizontal mixed-use development, the concept demonstrates how smart master planning can unlock land value, support the Makati workforce, create jobs, and strengthen neighborhood identity—connecting the Makati CBD and the Makati Medical Center to the North South Rail. This can serve as a catalyst for urban development of the Amorsolo Street urban corridor. This Project is all about connectivity mobility and convenience. The Makati Subway Project which was deemed not feasible anymore was cancelled last year.The Site is now closed and abandoned.
