Welcome back guys, in today’s video we get a vague overview of the riser install and the challenges we faced. The main problem I ran into was bleeding air out of the brakes after replacing the brake line for a longer one. This introduced air into the system to the abs module. Without a scan tool that can communicate and carry out the abs bleed procedure, I had to resort to riding the bike on gravel and pumping the brake lever in order to get the front wheel to lock up and the ABS to kick in. Using this method I was able to then manually bleed the air and rinse and repeat about 15 times. At that point I had enough brake lever back to where I was able to ride it and bleed it again the next day to finish it up. For now I am getting to a place where I’m happy with the bike however an exhaust is definitely on the list of upgrades to come! This video is not really set up as a tutorial, if anyone has questions about the install I am more than happy to go answer them! Due to my limited free time I am unable to spend more time into making these videos full on tutorials but I will be doing my best to progress into that going forward. In the future I hope to be able to make more in depth videos fully explaining installations etc, however that requires more time and planning, bear with me through my journey as I’m still very very new to this YouTube thing! I will be doing a new review video on the bike when I hit 2500 miles or so: Please let me know anything you guys would like to see covered or any questions you would like answered! As always, thanks for watching! Please like and subscribe for more builds and rides!
