In this junk journaling video we use scrap index cards and vintage ephemera papers to create journal cards, layered embellishments, and writing spots for a handmade junk journal. I love finding simple materials around the craft room and turning them into useful little elements like journal cards, layered ephemera, and writing spots. We’ll experiment with different ways to decorate and build up these small pieces using scraps, vintage-style papers, and bits of ephemera. Toward the end of the video I also share a flip-through of the junk journal I’ve been working on this past week, showing how these little pieces come together on the pages.
