Learn how to make a Miami Cuban Style ID Bracelet. In this example, we made ours out of Sterling Silver. My name is Stephen Foreman III. Contact me at: SteveForeman3@yahoo.com or call: 804-252-4660 / stephenforemancreativestudio I am an independent maker of many different Art-forms and media. I love Gold-smithing and Silver-smithing AKA Jewelry-making, because these items I make will be cherished by it's owners, and shown to their families and friends. Jewelry is a an artform is great, because the artwork can be carried and displayed to everyone, everyday, everywhere continually. Handmade Custom Fine Art Jewelry like this can be even passed down from generation to generation as family heir-looms, and art treasures. I do consider them Fine Art. This is an instruct-able on how to make a "Miami Cuban Style Chain Bracelet with a Box Clasp." The Box Clasp instructional video is shown in another video. Please search my channel for this video. It's simple enough to make, and it's a classic statement piece to wear. Enjoy the instructions and give the project a go if you can, it's a lot of fun! The tools you'll need are as follows: Metal stake (I used a 10mm ball punch, you can use a hole punch, scribe, nail, home-made wooden mandrel or any strong cylinder) Bench mounted vice (Really helpful, but you can get around it if you have an assistant) Jeweler's saw (alternatives: hacksaw or rotary cutter) Pliers (vital if you're using a thick wire, you can use your hands if the metal is thin enough) Soldering set (torch, flux, solder, pickling solution) Files and sandpaper (coarse file, square needle file, coarse and fine sandpaper) Polishing kit (tumbler, lathe polisher or a lot of elbow grease) Materials Metal wire (I used 4mm Sterling Silver, but you can use Brass, Copper or any Alloy.) 0.75mm thick metal sheet (again, I used Silver Silver, but you can use Brass, Copper or Some Alloy.) and maybe an extra scrap of metal ~5x5x3mm (I used some of my leftover wire) SteveForeman3@yahoo.com or call: 804-252-4660 / stephenforemancreativestudio
