https://rushjet1.bandcamp.com/album/p... This is easily my favorite track in this game. Some fun facts: The noise channel after 47 seconds ONLY plays looped noise until the chorus comes back in. The stutter at 1:23 was surprisingly kind of hard to make sound right the first time. I'm probably more proud about this effect than any other in the soundtrack. The second time the first melody comes in, it isn't exactly the same. The first time, it plays in one key, then goes up one half step for a measure, then back down a step. The second time, it stays in the higher key. When I wrote this track, I didn't know that there would be 3 moon levels. In my opinion this is the best track in the game, so I don't feel too bad about it being played in 3 levels, but I would have wanted to write unique tracks if there was time.
