DO NOT MENTION THE SHOW! Yes, K-dramas are my dirty pleasure: I don't watch a lot of them, but when I do it's madness. Sooo, it was from 2009's "you're beautiful" that I didn't love so much a drama and then THIS arrived. Well played tvN. Anyway, I am a huge fan of Gon Yoo since I watched "Train to Busan" (I'm not really into zombie movies, but I found it really enjoyable and funny) and plannig to watch some of his works, so I decided to give this drama a try. I found every actor decent enough (which is great, considering the level of acting in some drama), with Kim Go-eun giving a STUNNING performance. I particularly enoyed Lee dong-wook as the reaper (although not so convincing in some of the funny scenes, in my opionion). As for Yoo in-na, I love her smile, her attitude, but I don't really think she's a great actress. I found her character perfect for her, so it didn't bother me at all. Surprisingly, I had some "problems" with Gong Yoo's performance. I don't know, but it felt rather "held back", like he was always on the edge of doing something great and then withdraw at the last minute. I don't know if it was due to the way the character is written or a choice of Gon Yoo himself, but it was strange... However, episode 13 and 16 gave me some joy regarding Gon Yoo's performance, so in the end I'm satisfied. Bonus: applause for Yook Sungjae performance, hilarious and convincing! Overall, this is a great drama: well shot (far better than average), well written, well played. But I have a complaint: I found the first half of the serie a little bit dull and slow. Nothing was happening, nor did the relationship between Kim Shin and Jin Eun registered any relevant step on and it took ages for the characters to realize some very clear things (es.
