We present our new cutter model, the KIMLA BPTM, equipped with a conveyor table. Unlike competitive solutions, the device is built on a monolithic frame made of thick-walled steel profiles, providing unparalleled stability. The portal is made of a large-section aluminum profile, which is characterized by low weight, achieving a compromise between structural rigidity and movement dynamics. This model has a working area of 2500 x 2000 mm (other formats also available), and the clearance between the gantry and the table is 250 mm. The standard machine is equipped with a cutting and creasing head, a camera for positioning, and a laser pointer. Other tools can also be installed, such as a printing head, a writing head, a V-cut, a passe-partout, a spindle, etc. Eventually, the plotter can also be equipped with automatic unwinding and winding of the cut material. The device can be driven by both traditional servo drives and magnetic linear drives, guaranteeing even greater speed, dynamics and cutting accuracy. kimla.pl/en/machines/cnc-cutters
