Today we’ll be showing you a google maps tour of Fort Pierce Florida and will be going over the major roads, attractions and even show you the best beaches! Ft Pierce is located in the Treasure Coast of Florida which is about halfway between Orlando and Miami on the East coast. Fort Pierce is known for its beautiful beaches, historic downtown, and wonderful attractions. Ft Pierce Florida boasts over 20 miles of pristine coastline, with sandy beaches and clear blue waters! Whether you are wanting to enjoy the sun, swim, snorkel, or scuba you will find something to do at Fort Pierce beaches. My favorite beach is Pepper Park Beach on North Hutchinson Island. It has free parking, showers, bathrooms, and even a small playground! The infrastructure of Fort Pierce was well designed to have quick access to whatever you need. You have the I-95 interstate, Florida Turnpike Toll Road, US-1 Highway, and the A1A Highway to get you where you need to go. Among one of the many things to do is seeing the National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum. You will be able to see many of the small craft that the Navy Seal have utilized over their history. Fort Pierce has many grocery stores including 2 Publix and a Walmart Supercenter. There are also many good restaurants including my favorite Barbeque in the area, Moonshiners. The area also has the regional trauma hospital, Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.
