With the Ellenbrook Line opening, the new Morley Station is supposedly meant to provide a good connection to the popular Galleria Shopping Centre, a concept which has received much criticism with the new train line not being tunneled under the heart of Morley. But is it actually worth it? We put it to the test in this video where I am joined by ‪@C.JTheAllrounder‬ to see who gets to Galleria faster from the city: C.J on the Ellenbrook Line and a connecting bus from Morley, or me taking the supposedly fast 950X in peak hour? Also note a major point I didn't mention in the video, going via Morley Station crosses into zone 2 and costs significantly more than the direct bus staying in zone 1 so this is another factor contributing to the train option being less preferable.
