Now, Ovo Farms stands as our new headquarters — and possibly our forever home… if we live long enough to see winter. But now comes the hard part: turning victory into stability. 🏚️ The Base Transition Our old gas station base got us through the early game — a place to rest, refuel, and regroup — but it’s time to move everything to Ovo Farms. The plan is simple, but dangerous: 💀 Loot Echo Creek’s rural area house by house, transferring every supply back to Ovo. 🐔 Build self-sufficiency around the chicken pens, fireplaces, and storage-heavy farmhouse. 🪵 Establish long-term defenses for when the hordes drift back in. Ovo’s massive basement will become our new stockpile. Every tool, weapon, and scrap of food we can find will be hauled here — one trip at a time. Before we dive into full-scale looting, though, there’s one mission we can’t ignore. 💧 Securing the Farmhouse with the Well To the west of the gas station, there’s a farmhouse with a working well — our only local source of unlimited clean water. The power’s still on, but water service is already gone. When the grid fails completely, that well could be the difference between life and death. So, before we strip Echo Creek bare, we’ll: Clear and fortify the farmhouse with the well. Use it as a satellite outpost for safe travel between Echo Creek and Ovo Farms. Once that’s done, we can begin our first large-scale operation — the systematic looting of all Echo Creek. ⚙️ Mid-Term Goals – Rosewood Expedition (East) When the local area is stabilized, we’ll push east toward Rosewood. 🎯 The objective: secure axes from the Rosewood Fire Station. Axes are the backbone of survival — for cutting trees, building walls, and crafting the deadly screwdriver-tipped spears that will become our main weapon. But Rosewood can be overwhelming, often swarming with hundreds of zombies. We’ll have to pick our battles, clear sections carefully, and retreat when needed.
