Studies show that less than 3% of people worldwide set written goals and less than 1% of people in the United States actually revisit and revise those written goals on a daily basis. And yet, almost every high achiever lists solid goals as part of their success plan. Before you ever sit down to play the drums, you should have your goals set, material picked out (based upon your goals), and steps you need to take to get to those goals.
