How to Setup StorageMgr for PS Vita & PSTV | SD2Vita & USB Storage Install

StorageMgr is an excellent plugin for modified PS Vita consoles which allows you to easily configure and manage a replacement storage device. Don't want to buy an expensive Vita memory card? Grab a SD2Vita device along with a microSD card and you're set! Using a PSTV or Vita TV? Grab a flash drive and follow the same steps! This also works with the PSVD if you have one and want to use it with a 3G capable 1000 model Vita, just configure StorageMgr accordingly and you'll be good to go! This tutorial assumes you have a Vita console set up with HENkaku or h-encore and have the basic understanding of how to transfer files as well as modify your config.txt file to load plugins through the taiHEN engine.
