展覽講座1：廣州十三行時期的中國外銷絲綢 中國是絲綢的發源地，絲綢通過陸上和海上絲綢之路傳播到世界各地。及至清代，廣州十三行曾一度壟斷着絲、瓷、茶的出口貿易，絲綢更是僅次於茶葉的第二大宗出口商品，品類繁多，用途廣泛。是次講座將圍繞「三城記」展覽內容及展品，向觀眾介紹廣州十三行時期各式中國外銷絲綢及對中西文化交流等影響。 講者： 白芳博士（廣東省博物館陳列展示中心主任） Hong Kong Museum of Art – “A Tale of Three Cities: Guangdong - Hong Kong - Macao Greater Bay Area and Export of Silk Products in the Ming and Qing Dynasties” Public Talk 1 (Putonghua) – Replay Public Talk 1: China’s Silk Exports in the Era of the Thirteen Factories of Canton China is the birthplace of silk. Throughout history, Chinese silk was exported from China on both overland and maritime trade routes connecting China to the rest of the world. During the Qing dynasty, the Thirteen Factories of Canton monopolized the export trade of silk, porcelain and tea. Silk, the second-most important export commodity after tea, came in a vast variety of types and styles for use in many ways. This talk will explore various Chinese export textiles and their role in East-West cultural exchange, focusing on the exhibits in the exhibition “A Tale of Three Cities”.
