KELLER lieferte das neue Werk, in dem kundenorientiert 100 Mio. Soft-Mud-Ziegel pro Jahr in einer breiten Farben- und Formatvielfalt hergestellt werden. Vom Beginn der Projektphase an wurde auf einen möglichst niedrigen Energieverbrauch geachtet. Mit dem klaren Fokus auf Energieeinsparung erweist sich der Tunneltrockner im speziell konzipierten Wärmeverbund mit dem modernen Tunnelofen und einem wärmedurchgangsoptimierten Tunnelofenwagenaufbau als das richtige Konzept. Der Lieferanteil von KELLER beginnt mit der Übernahme der pressfeuchten Formlinge auf die Trockengutträger und der vollautomatischen Beladung der neu entwickelten Tunneltrocknerwagen. Die Nass- und Trockenseite, die Setzanlage, die Entladeanlage und die palettenlose Verpackung sind vollautomatisch. Üblicherweise werden in der Produktion von Soft-Mud-Ziegeln Kammertrockner eingesetzt. Auf Grundlage der weiterentwickelten Tunneltrocknerwagen und des von KELLER entwickelten Trockners mit horizontalen Schlitzdüsen war der Kunde sofort von den Vorteilen des KELLER-Tunneltrockners überzeugt. Der Tunnelofen mit vorgeschaltetem Warmhalter ist ebenfalls für den kontinuierlichen 24/365 Betrieb konzipiert und produziert mit einer Leistung von durchschnittlich 16 Tunnelofenwagen am Tag. Die gesamte Anlage ist mit einer Siemens basierten Steuerung S7-TIA und der von KELLER entwickelten Software K-Matic ausgerüstet. Impressed by the further developed tunnel dryer cars and the dryer with horizontal slot nozzles developed by KELLER, the customer was immediately convinced of the advantages of the KELLER tunnel dryer. The tunnel kiln with upstream holding room is also designed for continuous operation 24/365, with an average output of 16 tunnel kiln cars per day.
