The ingredients are classic, and the result is irresistible - soft, old-fashioned vanilice with juicy apricot jam, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy the aroma of tradition with these grandma's vanilice that will take you back to carefree times. 🍪Ingredients: 250 grams of margarine (or homemade lard) 5 tablespoons of sugar 1 whole egg 1 egg yolk 450 grams of flour 1 vanilla sugar Apricot jam (or your favorite jam) Powdered sugar 👩🍳Preparation: In a large bowl, beat the margarine (or homemade lard) with sugar until the mixture becomes creamy. Add the whole egg and egg yolk, and mix well. Gradually add flour and vanilla sugar, constantly stirring until all ingredients are well combined. Roll out the dough and shape circles with a brandy glass or cookie cutter. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven until they get a light golden color, 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
