Ingredients: White chocolate (for melting) Mixed berry powders or purées (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry) 2 cups heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla extract Strawberry jam Blueberry jam Blackberry jam Raspberry jam Instructions: Melt & Color: Melt white chocolate. Divide into portions and mix with berry powders or purées for colors. Pour into your mold as the base layer. Whipped Cream Filling: Whip heavy cream with vanilla until soft peaks form. Divide into 4 portions. Mix each portion with a different berry jam: strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry. Assemble: Pour each flavored whipped cream portion into the mold on top of the chocolate base. Swirl gently if desired. Freeze until solid. Top Layer: Melt some more white chocolate.
