What is a ghost, really? 👻 There’s a lot I don’t agree with when it comes to how the media portrays the paranormal (shocker 😂). From my experience, most hauntings fall into two main categories: Residual Energy: Think of this as an energetic fingerprint. It’s not intelligent. More like an echo of past events that can replay over and over. (Though, it’s an interesting thought that maybe it could have some awareness). Intelligent Energy: This is the essence of a person, the conscious part of their spirit. They aren’t confined to a location and can interact and respond intelligently. ‼️True hauntings are actually extremely rare! A few things to keep in mind: Sometimes “paranormal” activity is just connected to you, not the space. Our own energy can influence or even add to a haunting.
