Buy my music! http://familyjules7x.bandcamp.com/ https://loudr.fm/artist/familyjules7x... I always wanted a fanfare for when I do cool stuff in real life. Lucca's Theme is one of the best fanfares ever, even though there's not much to it, what is there is epic as fuck. You'll hear that I also threw another fanfare theme in there for sake of spicing it up before the guitar solo. This was a really fun cover to do! Unfortunately I have some bad news. Immediately after finishing my Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening medley, I dropped my Explorer off the wall and crushed my hand with it. Ended up pretty seriously spraining my right hand. For a bit I thought that I'd have to take a month to let it heal, but I was still able to play on it without too much pain. I had some trouble with palm mutes on multiple strings and accurate switching between chord and lead during some parts, so I apologize for not being as clean as I can. You can actually notice in some bass shots how swollen my hand actually was. Pretty fucked up, but not enough to stop the metal! \m/ One important note: The reason I chose this one was a bit different of how I normally do these. I've stated before that where I do appreciate suggestions, I do NOT take requests. I see them as just suggestions for when I pick the songs to do for the week. I feel it's important to really want to do the music instead of just mindlessly taking requests of songs from games I've usually never played. That being said, this cover was requested along with a very generous donation from Andrew M. back in February. I felt obligated to do it since I was grateful for the donation, but this is going to be the last time I do a cover based on that. Not because it wasn't fun, because it was, but because it can get out of hand very quick. Please continue to send suggestions but just know that I may choose not to do them. :) I'm feeling an Indie Game cover for next week.
