He is a driver-trained occupational therapist, OT Driver Assessor and rehabilitation practitioner, and a qualified motor driving instructor. Brad created Drive With Me, a parent-led coaching program designed to help families support young drivers with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergence through a staged pathway from readiness, to getting in the car, to driving into independence. He is also a creator of the Drive-Able Podcast, and contributes to road safety and professional advocacy through national working groups.
