Bangkok Food Court 🇹🇭 Siam Paragon Shopping Mall in Bangkok Thailand What if I told you there was a place you can go, where you can choose from around 10 different Michelin rated restaurants, under one roof. Siam Paragon (สยามพารากอน) that one place that houses these Michelin restaurants and I’m going to take you there in today’s episode. We chose just three Michelin rated restaurants, starting off with Ong Tong, where we tried Chicken Khas Soi. This is a popular Northern Thai dish, made with coconut curry broth and egg noodles. Then we tried some Hainanese Fried Chicken Rice from Go Ang Pratunam. This hainanese chicken (ข้าวมันไก่) is super tender and packed with flavor. The rice absorbs the chicken broth and becomes rich and flavorful. Finally, we eat pad thai from Thipsamai (ทิพย์สมัย ผัดไทยประตูผี). This pad thai (ผัดไทย) is probably the most popular pad thai in all of Bangkok. You can watch them make your pad thai from behind a glass wall. Great noodle texture and a distinctive flavor to Thipsamai pad thai. An amazing adventure to Siam Paragon. We didn’t shop at the luxury stores, but we ate like we were in luxury restaurants.
