A hike up table mountain. Starting at the Botanical gardens, up to the reservoir, back down the nursery ravine. The guides said it would take 6 hours. I think I did it in 2 :) This is one hard hike compared to what I have done in the past, but well worth it. The views from the top as well as the beach (reservoir) near the top are amazing. I met people on the way down that had no clue what they were getting into. Be prepared! Take food and water. This is a tough hike with some scrambling/climbing. If you do it at a sedate pace though, it should be OK for most people.
