Mortimer Horné was a traditional pop and jazz singer. This 1953 recording of "Last Caress" was considered the definitive rendition of the song until the Misfits released their version in 1980: • Last Caress The illustration was originally published as the front cover to Chamber of Chills #19 (Harvey Comics, September 1953) and is attributed to Lee Elias and Warren Kremer. If it looks familiar, that's probably because the design was later used for sleeve art for the Misfits' "Die, Die My Darling." Today is the first anniversary of the first video posted to the Terrible Band Names channel! With this we're somehow up to 137 songs already. As always, thanks to everyone who's been supporting the channel with your views, likes, and comments. All of those things help the channel reach a wider audience. LYRICS: I got somethin' to say I killed a baby today And it doesn't matter much to me As long as it's dead Well, I got somethin' to say I r*ped your mother today And it doesn't matter much to me As long as she's spread Sweet lovely death, I am waiting for your breath Oh, sweet death, one last caress Sweet lovely death, I am waiting for your breath Oh, sweet death, one last caress Well, I got somethin' to say I killed your baby today And it doesn't matter much to me As long as it's dead Sweet lovely death, I am waiting for your breath Oh, sweet death, one last caress One last caress, sweet death
