Interactive, online dashboards for your plots and models is easy with the R package Shiny! No need to learn HTML, CSS, or any web-based programming language -- you can make a dashboard to host online entirely through R and R-Studio. In this workshop, we'll explore the basics of your first Shiny app, drawing from the book Mastering Shiny by Hadley Wickham. We'll look at the essential components of any Shiny app and start to play with interactivity, so the users of your dashboard can change input values. This is the first of a couple workshops on Shiny by R-Ladies Freiburg.
