Rainy Day Progress: Greenhouse Repairs & Processing the Giant Oak

It’s a rainy day on the farm, but the work doesn’t stop. Today we're heading out to the greenhouse to patch some holes and prep for spring planting, checking on the garlic, and finally tackling the rest of that massive oak tree. Spring is right around the corner here in Michigan, and that means getting the greenhouse ready for seed starting. Between patching holes with repair tape and clearing out last year's sunflower stalks, there’s plenty to do before the ground thaws. Plus, we finally get some firewood rounds out of the giant oak that's been waiting for us.
