Easy and Delicious Creamy Tacos

As a kid I would frequently visit my aunt and uncle's house especially on Saturday nights after church. They would always have snacks and games ready for all of the pre-teens and teens in order to give us something to do. We lived out in the middle of nowhere and we wanted to just hang out and have fun with our friends and their house was the perfect place just for that. There was pool, table tennis, videogames, and more to keep us entertained for hours. And on the table would be a big pot of Easy and Delicious Creamy Tacos right alongside rice Krispy treats and plenty of chips and dip. It was good times for sure! Since becoming an adult, I have made this very same recipe not only for my family, but also for my students. It is so easy to make that it's surprising to me how much they all like it! It's very close to Rotel dip but it's not that. And it is similar to taco soup, but it's not that either. It's kind of a love child between the two. LOL.
