Smartkey KW1/ SC1 Key checker idea

This is a key checker idea that will work with KW1 AND SC1 keyways and may work with others that are Kwikset Smartkey compatible (like Weiser smartkey). The idea is to mount this in vehicle near key machines and to set the lock to the desired keyway and bitting and as I cut extra duplicates I can check them here without the need to make extra trips to the location of the locks. And personally I believe Smartkey to be a bit better in tolerance than standard KW1 d/s’s and can easily waste blanks that would normally work conventional Kwikset but won’t work with Smartkey lock. I’m not saying Smartkey is a superior product and I’m not endorsing nor denying credit to Kwikset but I do like the opportunities that this particular product(s) presents.
