In this video, we have a look at a red-eye Cathay Pacific Business Class flight from New Delhi to Hong Kong on board an Airbus A330-300. After I check in at terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport, I use the VIP lanes to clear immigration and security. I proceed to a 3rd party lounge (ITC Hotels Green Lounge) that Cathay Pacific contracts to use as their local lounge in New Delhi. While I'm there, I have a quick look at the lounge environment, food/drink selections, seating, entertainment, etc. Overall, I'm happy with the lounge offering there. After the visit to the lounge, I board the airplane. On board I take a look at the highly-regarded Cathay Business Class fixed shell seat. There are 2 Business Class cabins on board, each with reverse herringbone 1-2-1 seating configuration. I sit in the main cabin, but there's a smaller and more private secondary cabin behind. I review each facet of the seat in the video. I found the seat to have plenty of storage space, connectivity for your devices and legroom to stretch out. The bed, which does not come with a mattress pad/topper, turned out to be exceptionally comfortable. Also reviewed is the on-board service by the cabin crew, food, drinks, amenity kits, and IFE. Upon arrival to Hong Kong, I am one of the first off the plane.
