INGREDIENTS 400 G of finely chopped spinach 12 wedges of laughing cow cheese 2 packs of fresh filo pastry ½ cup of melted butter and ½ cup of corn oil a bunch of grated cheese INSTRUCTIONS First you will need to break off small pieces of the laughing cow wedges on top of your chopped spinach. Then sprinkle pepper and salt and toss the mixture together until everything is combined. Place one pack of the filo pastry on to a baking tray that has been greased with the butter and oil mixture Spread the cheese and spinach paste over the filo pastry evenly and sprinkle on top grated cheese Next you want to place on top the second pack of filo pastry. Now we will need to cut the pastry into even squares like so Finally pour over the butter and oil mixture until all the pastry is covered. Place into the oven at 200 degrees celcius until golden brown making sure to turn the tray around every five minutes.
