Obedience in the Last Days

The book of Revelation contains two future prophetic verses which clearly teach that believers who resist the attacks of Satan and patiently endure the tribulation will do so both through their faith in Jesus and by keeping the commandments of God. These verses alone should inspire every follower of Christ to take a very serious look at what they believe regarding obedience to our Heavenly Father’s instructions. If the future saints demonstrate their patient endurance by keeping the law of God during the unimaginably difficult times of the tribulation, why would we as contemporary believers not be expected to do the same?
