Doing a SECOND UPDATE story on the Healthcare Authority in Olympia, WA on November 8th, 2023. After initially receiving tips and leads that the HCA HQ had a lack of training on how to handle the public coming in to conduct public records requests and with poor attitudes related to requests for records, I went to investigate if that was the case on February 5th, 2023. It was poor, which is why I decided to come back and follow up on September 5th 2023, to get an apology for what happened and an explanation as to why from Director Jody Costello.
