DIY on how to replace the Xenon HID projectors of the Tesla Model S 2012-2016 - HID xenon headlights. We have developed a kit to replace the original Visteon HID projectors with better Aharon Optimus NT 3" bi-xenon projectors. The original projectors can/will burn and lose their reflective layer. Installation is not easy because the headlights are sealed with permaseal. When you have an EU Tesla Model S, we advise first replacing the 25 watt HID system with 35 watt ballasts and 35 watt HID xenon bulbs (low cost and easier to install).
