Leaf vacuum cleaner. HOOVER is a machine designed for the growers that work for the "for -- processing" market to suck the crop residues and all the leaves that remains on the ground. It is equipped with a cutting bar that is mounted on electro -- hydraulic sensors. The blade turns on self centring pulleys covered by rubber to prevent them from premature wear and to guarantee a longer blade life. The cutting height is adjustable from the workstation and the extractor hood is adjustable in height. The lateral obstruction space is 23 cm on both sides of the machine to avoid to damage the product. HOOVER is equipped also with a "vacuum cleaner" that consists on a sucker with a protective filter mounted inside the bin. The bin capacity is max. 1000 litters. The vacuum cleaner does not suck the product directly through the extractor unit, but creates a vacuum inside the bin avoiding to obstruct it and so to clean it. HOOVER is produced in several working widths. Just the self -- propelled version with 4 driving - wheels is available right now and it is equipped with a KUBOTA 4 -- cylinder engine and with double feed system, that permits on the one hand to move forward with the machine using a proportional pedal, and on the other hand, permits to the operator to have the possibility to decide to set a constant speed. That means, the machine, once stopped, will start then, always at the same speed previously set by the operator every time the operator decides to use it. The bin is a dump body that can be: lift up till 185 cm (from the ground till the base of the bin), tipped and, opened for the waste discharge on the field The waste can be discharged in a trailer as well thanks to the versatility in the usage of the bin.
