大腸癌治療後4-6星期的飲食建議 Diet advice for post-colorectal cancer treatments 接受大腸癌治療後 (包括放射治療、化療、手術如結腸切除和結腸造口手術),患者的消化能力和腸道功能可能會受不同程度的影響,腸道需要時間回復穩定。某些食物可能會引致腸道不適,包括噁心,腹部絞痛,胃脹腸風和大便稀爛等問題,患者在治療後的4-6星期需要避食。 腸道功能在1-2個月後會慢慢恢復正常,但某些食物仍可能令腸道不適。每個人對食物的反應都不一樣,腸癌康復者應嘗試不同的食物,找出哪些特定食物會引致症狀。 以下是恢復期間的一些飲食建議: 👉 維持規律飲食模式,有助建立規律排便習慣 👉 少吃多餐,每天進食5至6頓小餐 👉 細嚼慢嚥,有助更好地吸收營養和防止食物引起腸阻塞 👉 暫時避免高纖維蔬果,如未煮熟的蔬菜、西蘭花、椰菜、連皮的薯仔等,因這些食物較難消化 👉 暫時進食一些較易消化的蔬果,例如冬瓜、薯蓉 👉 避免辛辣、油炸、高脂肪、高糖分的食物,因這些食物容易引致大便稀爛和腸道不適 在腸癌治療後要適應一套新的飲食方法並不容易,腸癌康復者可以尋求註冊營養師的指導,助你應對症狀和飲食困難。 HKU JCICC的營養師和運動教練能為腸癌康復者及照顧者在康復的路程上提供支援,請致電3917 9606與我們聯繫獲取更多資訊。 Colorectal cancer treatments including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery (e.g. colectomy and colostomy with stoma bag) can upset digestive system and it takes time for the bowel to settle down. Patients may need to avoid some foods in the first 4-6 weeks after treatment, as they can upset bowels and give problems such as nausea, abdominal cramping, wind in stomach and loose stools. The bowel should start to work more normally after 1-2 months, but particular foods may still upset the system. Everyone is different and there are not set rules about what you should or should not eat. People recovering from bowel cancer may need to try out different foods to find out which particular foods cause problem for you. Here are some dietary advices during recovery: 👉 Maintain a regular eating pattern to help regulate your bowel movement 👉 Eat small and frequent meals. Aim for 5 to 6 small meals per day 👉 Chew foods well to improve absorption of nutrients. It also prevents foods from causing blockage or obstruction of the bowel 👉 Temporarily avoid very high fibre fruits and vegetables such as most raw vegetables, broccoli, cabbage and potato (with skin) as these foods may not be easily digested. 👉 Consume low fibre fruit and vegetables for the time being, such as winter melon and mashed potatoes 👉 Avoid spicy, fried, fatty and sugary foods as they may easily cause loose stool and discomfort It can be challenging to adopt a new diet after bowel cancer treatments, a registered dietitian can help you cope with symptoms and eating difficulties.
