Welcome to Artà Mallorca , Església parroquial de la Transfiguració del Senyor ( Parish Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord ) The Parish Church of the Transfiguration is a Catholic church located in Artà, a town on the island of Mallorca, Spain. The construction of the current church began in 1573 and lasted for centuries. Its architecture is late Gothic and is single-aisled, with 13 side chapels on the longer sides of the nave. Its apse faces west and its transept is at the corner. Its facade was built at the end of the 19th century.
