Ground Control RC [ Review Series ] [ Review - Volantex Ranger G2 FPV Airplane PNP ] This is a fairly large plane. The largest plane I have in my hanger by far. The assembly is fairly straight forward so I did not include an assembly video. The plane is dubbed a Glider and Trainer. I don't think I would recommend a plane this large as a trainer. Perhaps as a 3rd plane. I removed the Y-cable from the Aileron Servos, installed Servo Extension Cables and programmed it for Flaperons. I am using a 3S 2200mah 40C LIPO (192g) for this plane and had to move the battery all the way forward to get the CG correct. You could use a smaller LIPO if you have a camera mounted at the front.
